1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for and using ProjectControls.app, the user agrees to comply with these terms. If the user represents a legal entity, they declare they have the authority to bind said entity to this agreement. 2. Service Description ProjectControls.app is a SaaS platform designed for project data management and reporting. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or suspend features to improve the service. 3. User Responsibility Data Accuracy: The user is solely responsible for the veracity, quality, and integrity of the information entered into the platform. Account Security: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. 4. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall ProjectControls.app be liable for: Errors in decision-making, project delays, financial losses, or third-party claims resulting from the use of information generated by the platform. The platform is a supporting tool and does not substitute the professional judgment of engineers, managers, or consultants. We do not guarantee that the generated reports will be accepted as legal evidence in contractual disputes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5. Intellectual Property The software, design, algorithms, and logos are the exclusive property of ProjectControls.app. The user retains all rights to the specific project information and data they upload to the system.
